Mijn Burgerprofiel replaces Beveiligde Zone and the mobile application of Pluxee

As of 1st of December 2025, you will manage your service vouchers in Flanders exclusively through the application Mijn Burgerprofiel.

The current Beveiligde Zone and the mobile application ‘Dienstencheques Vlaanderen’ by Pluxee will be permanently discontinued.

Our records show that you are registered in our system as a user without a national identification number. To continue managing your service vouchers and ensure the proper functioning of Mijn Burgerprofiel, we kindly ask you to request a national identification number or BIS number and provide it to Pluxee.  

Depending on your personal situation, you will receive either a national identification number or BIS number from the government. Without this number, you will no longer be able to manage your service vouchers in Mijn Burgerprofiel.

How to request a national identification number or BIS number from the government as a non-Belgian resident?

  • BIS number:

    This page provides step-by-step instructions on which information you need to provide and which actions you need to take, depending on your personal situation.

  • National identification number:
    You can request a national identification number at the Population Office counter of your municipality.
