Mijn Burgerprofiel replaces Beveiligde Zone and the mobile application of Pluxee

The current Beveiligde Zone and the mobile application ‘Dienstencheques Vlaanderen’ by Pluxee will be permanently discontinued.

To be able to log in to Mijn Burgerprofiel, you need a Belgian national number. 

Our records show that you are registered in our system as a user without a Belgian national number. You must first apply for this number in order to manage your service vouchers in Mijn Burgerprofiel. Follow the steps below to apply for this number:

Step 1. How can you, as a non-Belgian, apply to the authorities for a Belgian national number?

If you are a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, you can use eIDAS, the European digital login method. Go to Mijn Burgerprofiel and click on the eIDAS tile to log in. The first time you log in via eIDAS, you can request your Belgian national number online. After a few days, you will receive your Belgian national number.

If you are not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, you can apply for a Belgian national number and activate a digital key at a local registration office in or near your place of residence. 

If you are a diplomat and hold a D-card or C-card, you can contact the Protocol Office of the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs to apply for your Belgian national number and activate a digital key. 

Step 2. Registration of your Belgian national number and your place of residence

Once you have received your Belgian national number, you must provide it along with your place of residence to Pluxee. Use this form to do so. Your place of residence determines whether you can use service vouchers from the Flemish, Brussels or Walloon Region.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email informing you that your file is pending validation. While your file has not yet been validated, you can manage your existing service vouchers but cannot order new ones. Once your Belgian national number has been registered in our system, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Your personal data will be used solely for purposes related to the management of service vouchers. 

Step 3. Logging in to Mijn Burgerprofiel

As soon as your Belgian national number has been integrated into our systems, you can log in to Mijn Burgerprofiel.
